For practices that regularly update their content (team, photos, news, new treatments).

You can also choose not to subscribe to any option. In that case, your service ends on the due date, with transfer of your domain name and full return of your patient data within 30 days.

Additional language

+500 CHF

Adding a language (English, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) to one of the 2 packs. Professional translation included, adapted to medical vocabulary. Each language is invoiced separately (a single invoice for all the languages requested). The administration dashboard stays in French.

Additional hour

130 CHF/h

For any work that exceeds the monthly allowance included in your pack or maintenance plan (edit, new page, adding a feature, redesigning a section, integrating a third-party tool). Single rate, valid in the first year and in subsequent years. Subject to a prior quote, you only pay when you ask.

Why is my pricing transparent?

First year included

No surprise invoice. Hosting, domain, minor edits, support, everything is included in the pack price.

No commission

The price quoted is the price paid. No commission per patient, no surcharge per appointment, no percentage of your turnover.

No tacit renewal

Proactive email 1 month before the end of the first year. You choose your year 2+ option knowingly. No automatic charge without agreement.

FAQ

Common questions about pricing

What exactly does the first year included in the pack price cover?

Hosting of your site, renewal of your .ch domain name, minor edits up to 30 minutes per month (changing hours, adding information, updating a short text, adding a simple photo), email support with a reply within 48h, and security updates. No monthly invoice for 12 months.

Is there a deposit to pay on order?

Yes of course, 50% of the pack price is paid on order, and the remaining 50% is paid when the site goes live. Payment by bank transfer or TWINT. No card payment for now.

Does the Booking Pack price really include all the listed features?

Yes. The Booking Pack at 2'900 CHF is an all-inclusive package that includes: website, online appointment booking, management dashboard, video consultations, automatic email and SMS reminders, document sending, professional email address, two-step login security, storage in Zurich, first-year backups, training. No feature is an extra.

How does the move to the second year work?

One month before the end of your first year, you receive a proactive email presenting the 3 options: Hosting only (290 CHF/year), Essential Maintenance (119 CHF/month) or Comfort Maintenance (189 CHF/month). You choose calmly, without pressure. No tacit renewal, no surprises.

Can I change my maintenance option later?

Yes of course, you can switch from Essential to Comfort at any time, or vice versa. If you decide to stop maintenance entirely, you can switch to the Hosting only option or terminate completely (30-day notice). Your site stays yours, your data comes back to you.

Why is the Maintenance plan strongly recommended for the Booking Pack from the second year?

During the first year, automatic daily backups of your patient data are already included in the Booking Pack price, at no extra cost. From the second year, it is the Maintenance plan (Essential or Comfort) that keeps this contractual backup guarantee; with the Hosting only option, you become solely responsible for your own backups again. As a healthcare professional, you are personally required to back up this data (revFADP and medical confidentiality, art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code). That is why, from the second year, a maintenance plan is strongly recommended for a practice that takes online appointments. It is not legally mandatory.

And if I don't subscribe to any option in the second year?

You are in no way obliged to subscribe. If at the end of your first year you choose none of the 3 options, your service ends automatically, with no fees, no penalty, no tacit renewal. In concrete terms, within 30 days of the due date, I transfer the auth code of your .ch domain name (you remain the owner of your domain), I take your site and your management dashboard offline, and for the Booking Pack I provide you with a complete export of your patient data in CSV or JSON format compliant with the revFADP. You recover your site and your data, and you are free to host them elsewhere. The full procedure is detailed in article 9 of the Terms.
