Last updated : 28 June 2026

This privacy policy describes how LémanSoin (hereinafter "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to the lemansoin.ch site.

2. Data collected

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us, in particular via:

  • The site's contact form
  • The free tools offered on the site when you choose the " Receive by email " option (see section 3)

The data collected is:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Profession / type of practice or practice name
  • Desired pack (optional)
  • The content of your message
  • For the Google review QR code generator: your practice's Google review link
  • For the site speed test: the public URL of the site to analyse

No data is collected automatically beyond the minimal technical data necessary for the operation of the site (see section 7).

3. Free tools (Google review QR code and site speed test)

We offer two free tools on the site, each with two usage modes to choose from:

  • Quick mode / Download directly: no personal data is requested. For the QR code generator, the image is generated in your browser and downloaded directly. For the speed test, the scores are displayed on screen without sending an email. No data is kept on the server in these modes.
  • Email mode / Receive by email: you voluntarily provide us with your email address (and optionally your name and your practice name) to receive the result by email along with personalised advice.

By choosing email mode, you expressly agree that LémanSoin:

  • Sends you the requested result (QR code or speed report) by email
  • Keeps your contact details to possibly get back to you regarding your website or online appointment booking project

Your contact details (email, name, practice name) are never transferred, sold or shared with third parties for any purpose whatsoever. They are used internally by LémanSoin only for the purposes described above.

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at contact@lemansoin.ch (see section 8 on your rights).

4. Purposes of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your contact request
  • Provide you with a quote or commercial proposal
  • Send you the result of the requested free tools (QR code, speed report) if you chose email mode
  • Ensure commercial follow-up after an initial exchange

Your data is never used for advertising purposes, nor transferred, sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Your consent: by submitting the contact form or using a free tool in email mode, you agree that your data may be used to get back to you.
  • The legitimate interest of LémanSoin in responding to commercial requests from prospects.

6. Storage and security

Emails sent via the contact form and the free tools are processed in Europe (Ireland region) by a GDPR-certified provider, then stored in our contact@lemansoin.ch mailbox, hosted by a Swiss provider based in Geneva.

All communications are encrypted end to end. We keep the messages received for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact, after which they are deleted.

Important: patient data processed by the booking systems delivered to our clients (Booking Pack) is stored on servers located exclusively in Switzerland (Zurich region). This privacy policy concerns only the lemansoin.ch showcase site.

The lemansoin.ch site does not use any tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar).

Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used (user session, preferences). No prior consent is required for these cookies in accordance with the applicable legislation.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the revFADP, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
